Do I need to already have a Montaire subscription? +

Yes. Our setup service works on top of an active Montaire subscription. We recommend at least the Pro plan for most packages, and Agency for the Studio Launch package.

What do I need to provide before you start? +

We'll send you a simple onboarding form asking for your brand assets (logo, colors), your services and pricing, any existing content or copy, and access credentials. Most clients complete it in under 30 minutes.

Can you migrate me from HoneyBook, Dubsado, or another CRM? +

Yes. We handle migrations from HoneyBook, Dubsado, 17hats, and most other CRMs. Contact us before purchasing to discuss your specific migration needs.

What if I need changes after the setup is complete? +

Growth and Studio Launch packages include post-delivery support periods. After that, you can purchase add-ons or a Monthly Maintenance retainer.

Do you offer payment plans? +

Yes. All packages over $1,000 can be split into 2 payments. Contact us before checkout to arrange this.

I'm not very tech-savvy. Will I actually be able to use this after setup? +

Yes, and honestly, that's exactly who this service is designed for. We don't just set it up and hand you a manual. We build everything around how you actually work, keep the interface as simple as possible, and end every setup with a live walkthrough so you know exactly what to do and where to find it.
